¶ 1 Gene and Geng Hui Gudmundson filed a joint petition for dissolution of their marriage in the District Court for the First Judicial District in Lewis and Clark County. The District Court entered a decree of dissolution which adopted the parties' settlement agreement. Geng Hui moved to set aside the judgment, pursuant to Rule 60(b), M.R.Civ.P.
