MEMORANDUM OPINION

DEL PESCO, Judge.

Plaintiffs brought a wrongful action against Defendants alleging medical malpractice. A trial was held in February 1998. In its verdict, the jury found that Dr. Majid Mansoory committed malpractice but that his malpractice was not a proximate cause of Tulane Thompson's death. Plaintiffs now seek a new trial on three separate grounds...
