This case comes before us on an appeal by the plaintiffs from the denial of their petition for injunction against the interfering with their use of a private right-of-way that allegedly was dedicated on a recorded plat. After considering the evidence presented in the Superior Court both testimonial and documentary, we reverse the judgment of the Superior Court and remand with direction to enter judgment in favor...
