Defendant Robinson Springs Corporation (RSC) appeals from an order of the Lamoille Superior Court directing it to provide James F. Tooley access to its books and records and to pay the shareholder's attorney's fees.* RSC argues that the court erred in (1) ordering it to allow the shareholder to inspect its records and adopting the shareholder's proposed findings verbatim, and (2) awarding attorney's fees.
