ABBOTT, Justice, delivered the opinion of the Court, in which ENOCH, SPECTOR and HANKINSON, Justices, join.

The issue in this case is whether supplemental interrogatory answers must be verified. We resolve a conflict in the courts of appeals and hold that they must be verified. However, because we hold that any objection to the lack of verification was waived, we reverse the court of appeals' judgment and remand the case...
