On March 27, 1996, at approximately 1:30 a.m., police officers executed a search warrant at the residence of appellants, Kevin and Sherry Hale. As a result of items seized from their home, appellants were charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
