¶ 1 This is an original proceeding in this Court involving an application for a writ of supervisory control. Randy Keyes (Keyes) is the defendant in a criminal proceeding pending in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, in which he is charged with three alternative counts of deliberate homicide in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on September 30, 1994.
