(Employer) appeals a Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) order that affirmed a Workers' Compensation Judge's (WCJ) decision denying Employer's petition to suspend benefits paid to Gary Keene (Claimant) under Pennsylvania's Workers' Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §§ 1-1041.4.
