Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault (720 ILCS 5/12-14(a)(4) (West 1994)) and one count of home invasion (720 ILCS 5/12-11 (West 1994)). He was sentenced to consecutive 10-year terms of imprisonment for each count.
