This is a suit by Steve Durkin against Quest, Inc., an engineering consulting firm, and one of its engineers, Robert Alonzo, alleging that Alonzo submitted a fraudulent flood damage assessment report to an insurance company in order to defeat plaintiff's claims for such damage. Durkin now appeals from an adverse judgment sustaining defendants' exception of res judicata, and further imposing sanctions against him of $1,000.00 in attorney's fees and...
