The Department of Social and Health Services ("DSHS") revoked Tony Aponte's foster care license for refusing to undergo a sexual deviancy evaluation. DSHS also disqualified Mr. Aponte from employment at a licensed day care facility. On judicial review of its decision, DSHS withdrew the employment issue from consideration, and the King County Superior Court vacated that portion of the decision.
