In this case, a creditor objected, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4003(b), to a debtor's claimed Florida homestead exemption. In making its objection, the creditor contended that the debtor converted non-exempt assets from the sale of a Missouri home into an exempt Florida homestead with an intent to hinder, delay, or defraud her creditors.
