ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:

In this case, a creditor objected, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4003(b), to a debtor's claimed Florida homestead exemption. In making its objection, the creditor contended that the debtor converted non-exempt assets from the sale of a Missouri home into an exempt Florida homestead with an intent to hinder, delay, or defraud her creditors. The bankruptcy court denied the creditor's objection and the district court affirmed. We vacate and remand...
