The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge # 27 (FOP) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County that vacated the arbitrator's award requiring the Township of Ridley (Township) to pay Officer Scott Willoughby night differential pay as part of his full rate of salary while he was out of work during a period of temporary disability.
