LEE, Justice.

This is a medical malpractice case. After a jury trial, the court below entered a take nothing judgment in favor of the physician, appellee, Dr. Charles Neblett. Joyce Knoll, appellant, who is joined in the suit by her husband, James, raises twenty-four points of error complaining that the trial court erred in denying her motion for directed verdict based on lack of informed consent, in submission of the charge, the admission of evidence...
