The plaintiffs, Twila and Jimmy Traweek1 appeal from a trial court decision granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Andrew Jackson and the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and Development. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment.
