LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

Defendant National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and its attorneys William C. Barnard, Gayle A. Reindl, John J. Kitchin, and Linda J. Salfrank, appeal the district court's imposition of sanctions on them for failure to obey discovery orders in plaintiffs' antitrust actions. The district court has not entered a final judgment,1 but the NCAA and its counsel assert that the sanctions are immediately appealable...
