ORDER DENYING RELINQUISHMENT OF JURISDICTION TO TRIAL COURT FOR JUROR INTERVIEW

We grant appellant's motion for clarification, withdraw our opinion filed on September 23, 1998 and substitute the following opinion.

Appellant defendant, who is appealing a substantial verdict, moves for relinquishment of jurisdiction so that the trial court can interview a juror who allegedly gave false answers as to prior litigation history on voir dire....
