Defendant Ford Motor Company filed a petition to annul judgment and for a new trial after a jury awarded substantial damages in favor of plaintiffs Robert and Dorothy Morehead in this lawsuit arising out of a serious one-vehicle accident. Ford asserted that, subsequent to trial, the plaintiffs' expert gave testimony in another unrelated case which directly contradicted his testimony in the instant case.
