Defendant Larry Keith Brown was convicted of State benefits fraud and sentenced to a forty-month term of incarceration. He appeals his conviction. We affirm.

On appeal, defendant contends that the State failed to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. When faced with a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence, this court is not permitted to substitute its judgment for that of the trier of fact on questions...
