Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, Inc. ["Kiwanis"], appeals a final judgment in favor of Denise de Kalafe for tortious interference with a contractual relationship and for defamation. We reverse.

Kiwanis, a non-profit service organization, has hosted the annual Calle Ocho Festival in Miami since the late 1970's. The Festival features several stages with various performers sponsored by different corporations and organizations. On September 30, 1988...
