GAUDIN, Judge.

Robert Johnson was tried before a 12-person jury in the 24th Judicial District Court and found guilty of two counts of attempted first degree murder, one count of attempted second degree murder and two counts of aggravated rape.

For each of the attempted first degree murder convictions, Johnson was sentenced to 50 years at hard labor; and for attempted second degree murder, he was sentenced to 50 years. For each of the aggravated rape convictions...
