Appellant, Monumental Life Insurance Company (Monumental), the insurer, appeals final judgment in favor of the decedent insured's personal representative. We find the trial court erred in finding there was coverage under this accidental death policy and in entering summary judgment in favor of Appellee, and, therefore, reverse.
