These are post-conviction applications for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 11.07. On September 2, 1996, applicant was convicted of two counts of delivery of less than five pounds of marihuana and punishment was assessed in each case at two years confinement in a state jail felony...
