The State of Florida appeals an order suppressing a firearm seized from a rental car in which appellee Santiago O. Hernandez was a passenger. Because we conclude that the police had probable cause to stop the car and Hernandez claimed no ownership interest in either the car or its contents, Hernandez lacked standing to contest the subsequent search of the car and seizure of the firearm.
