In this diversity case, we review the propriety of a preliminary injunction entered against one blood bank to prohibit it from using "trade secret" donor lists compiled by another, competing blood bank. On appeal from the district court's injunction, defendant-appellant argues both that plaintiff-appellee's lists are not protectable trade secrets and that the injunction is impermissibly vague.
