[¶ 1] Bay Bridge Associates appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) denying its motion pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 60 for relief from the judgment entered in favor of William D. Hamill. On appeal, Bay Bridge contends that it did not stipulate to a judgment in Hamill's favor and that the stipulation for and confession of judgment offered by Hamill and adopted by the court should have been rejected...
