Appellant Ray Anthony Scott was convicted of the offense of attempted capital murder. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 15.01, 19.03 (West 1994). The jury assessed appellant's punishment at imprisonment for 99 years. In two points of error, appellant asserts that the evidence is neither legally nor factually sufficient to support the jury's verdict of attempted capital murder as charged in the indictment.
