Defendant, James Leroy Nara, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust. Defendant contends the trial court erred in permitting the prosecution to use evidence of an unrelated incident to corroborate, and thus render admissible, the child's hearsay statements.
