BROWN, J.

A jury convicted defendant, Roy Lee Green, of forcible rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42.1. His motion for new trial and amended motion for new trial were denied. He was sentenced to 40 years at hard labor, two years without benefit of parole. A motion to reconsider the sentence was denied. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence alleging the evidence was insufficient to convict and the sentence was excessive...
