Glenda Graves appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Harvey Komet, M.D. and Harvey Komet, M.D., P.A. d/b/a Hearing Solutions ("the Professional Association") (collectively, "Komet") on her retaliatory discharge claim.
