[¶ 1] McPherson Timberlands, Inc. appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead, J.) affirming the Unemployment Insurance Commission's decision that timber harvesting services performed for McPherson by Albert W. Withee constituted employment pursuant to 26 M.R.S.A. § 1043(11)(E) (1988).
