Following an adjudicatory hearing on the State's petitions for adjudication of wardship of Lakita B., Jamal H., William J., Lavert J. and Malik H. (minors), the circuit court found the minors to be neglected and abused pursuant to section 2-3 of the Juvenile Court Act (Act) (705 ILCS 405/2-3(1), (2) (West 1992)), and at a subsequent dispositional hearing, as required by section 2-22 (705 ILCS 405/2-22 (West 1992))...
