Defendant, Alicia Lynn Ernest, was charged by bill of information with cruelty to a juvenile, a violation of La.R.S. 14:93. Defendant withdrew her initial plea of not guilty and pled guilty as charged.1 There was no agreement as to the sentence in this case.
