CANTRELL, Judge.

The plaintiff, a candidate for the United States Senate, filed two actions in the Chancery Court of Davidson County alleging that giving or receiving campaign contributions violates state law. The court dismissed both actions. We agree that the lower courts properly dismissed plaintiff's claims, because the regulation of campaign financing for federal elections...
