CRANDALL, Judge.

Defendant, Freda Brockman, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, entered pursuant to jury verdicts, in favor of plaintiff, Donald Nangle, in an action brought to recover attorney's fees based upon an express contingent fee contract and upon quantum meruit. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
