Grandpa's Park, Inc. ("Grandpa's") appeals a final judgment in an eminent domain proceeding. The Department of Transportation ("DOT") took 0.665 of an acre of land from Grandpa's for the extension of I-295 near Jacksonville. The issues raised on appeal concern the valuation of the property taken and the effect of the taking on the remaining property.
