Plaintiff-Appellant Rose O'Neal appeals from the judgment of the First Circuit Court in a dental malpractice case. O'Neal filed claims for lack of informed consent and professional negligence. In her informed consent claim, O'Neal alleged that Defendant-Appellee Dr. Henry Hammer, an orthodontist, and Defendant-Appellee Dr. Lewis Williamson, an oral surgeon (collectively Appellees), failed to properly inform her of the risks involved in a surgical procedure...
