ROBERTS, Justice.

[¶ 1] Robert Hackett appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Saufley J.) after a jury verdict in favor of Jack and Lorna Withers. On appeal Hackett contends that the evidence is insufficient to support both the jury's verdict and its assessment of damages.
