PER CURIAM:

This case arises from a motor vehicle accident in which a vehicle driven by Appellee James Curtis Terry (Terry) and a vehicle driven by Appellee Farid Habeishi (Habeishi) collided in an intersection where the traffic signal was inoperative. Terry and Habeishi each suffered personal injuries, and Terry's spouse and Habeishi's spouse both died as a result of the collision.
