In this medical malpractice action, defendants, Medforce Physical Therapy Services, Inc., Robert Rowe, Leah Angelito, and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, appeal from the trial court's judgment finding that St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company was contractually liable to the plaintiffs for the payment of damages attributable to the aforementioned defendants.
