Cyrus Alan Cox petitions this Court for review of the referee's findings and recommendations in these consolidated Florida Bar disciplinary proceedings. The Florida Bar cross-petitions for review of the referee's recommendation to suspend Cox. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.
