[¶ 1] Zagonyi Tungate appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Calkins, J.) in favor of defendant MacLean-Stevens on both counts of Tungate's complaint. Tungate contends that the summary judgment was erroneously granted because MacLean-Stevens engaged in unfair trade practices: (1) by failing to disclose to students and parents that commissions were paid to the schools in exchange for the school...
