WHEREAS, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition for disciplinary action alleging that respondent Thomas G. Rowe has committed professional misconduct warranting public discipline, namely failure to file and pay Minnesota and federal individual income tax returns; and

WHEREAS, respondent withdraws the answer to the petition previously filed and unconditionally admits the allegations of the petition...
