Respondent Gerald McNabb was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1985. He received an admonition in 1990 and was placed on private probation in 1993. Under the terms of a 1996 stipulation for discipline, McNabb was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 9 months, for misconduct involving client neglect and misrepresentations to clients, and for representing a corporation in bankruptcy proceedings while serving on the...
