Defendants appeal from the denial of their motion for a new trial and from their convictions and sentences upon multiple counts of conspiracy, bank, mail and wire fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property and money laundering. The government appeals the district court's determination that the sentencing guidelines do not apply to these defendants. For the following reasons, all convictions and sentences WILL BE REVERSED AND VACATED...
