Johnny Lee Lindsey sued his employer, Watson Van Lines, seeking workers' compensation benefits. After a trial, the circuit court found that Lindsey "did not present credible legal evidence that a compensable injury had occurred." As a result, the trial court found that Lindsey had not carried his burden of proof so as to entitle him to recover workers' compensation benefits, and the court entered a judgment in favor of Watson Van Lines.
