[¶ 1] Darin Edward Kasprowicz and Desiree Ann Kasprowicz (now known as Peterson) individually appealed from the Judgment of the Ward County District Court awarding both of them "joint custody" of their child, Jakob. The "joint custody" involves rotating physical custody from one parent to the other on one-month intervals. Because we cannot determine whether the trial court considered Jakob's best interests in awarding custody, we reverse...
