In December 1995, plaintiffs bought a 1985 Chevrolet Blazer from defendant Gallup Auto Sales. The purchase was financed through defendant Montana Mining Co., which, along with Gallup, is owned and operated by defendant Egeland. Not long after the purchase, the Blazer developed serious mechanical problems and ultimately stopped running. Plaintiffs subsequently learned that the Blazer had substantially more miles on it than they had thought...
