This matter comes before the court on plaintiff Steven Krichbaum's January 13, 1998 Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") and Preliminary Injunction. Mr. Krichbaum ("Krichbaum") moves the court to enjoin the defendants and any of their agents from harvesting any trees or undertaking any actions preparatory to logging (e.g., road building, marking trees designated for cutting, etc...
