Darrell and Sherry Dyer, who are husband and wife, sued Nationwide of Bryan, Inc. for breach of contract and express warranties as well as for violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) based on their purchase of an allegedly defective mobile home claimed as their homestead...
